LANDSAT-D conical scanner evaluation planThe planned activities involved in the inflight sensor calibration and performance evaluation are discussed and the supporting software requirements are specified. The possible sensor error sources and their effects on sensor measurements are summarized. The methods by which the inflight sensor performance will be analyzed and the sensor modeling parameters will be calibrated are presented. In addition, a brief discussion on the data requirement for the study is provided.
