RAID-S Technical Overview: Raid 4 and 5-Compliant Hardware and Software Functionality Improves Data Availability Through Use of XOR-Capable Disks in an Integrated Cached Disk ArrayThe purpose of this paper is to provide a technical description of redundant array of independent disks - Symmetrix (RAID-S).
