Navigation Concepts for NASA's Constellation Program and Human Missions to the MoonThis viewgraph presentation provides an overview of the Constellation Program, and its goal of returning human presence to the moon. Particular attention is given to the navigation concepts, in terms of the flight to the Moon, the landing on the moon, travel on the surface and the return flight to Earth. Finally the development of new navigation, and communication techniques that will enable the exploration beyond the Moon are reviewed.
