Outside The Box: What Would a Scientist Do with a Dashboard?Growing plants on the International Space Station has always been a challenge, but it is research that must continue in order to support long duration missions. A rotating plant system is now undergoing tests at Kennedy Space Center to help mitigate the challenges of getting water and nutrients effectively to plant roots. Traditionally, lab test data is gathered and presented via spreadsheets which can be confusing and cumbersome to deal with. Using SAP BusinessObjects Dashboards (formerly Xcelsius), see how NASA utilizes this visualization software to help monitor and present a clear picture of the research results.
