(eng) INTRODUCTION Diagnosis of spinal cord lesions can be challenging. Longitudinally extensive transverse myelitis is a frequent manifestation of infammatory central nervous system (CNS) disorders such as neuromyelitis optica and neurosarcoidosis. However, it is not pathognomonic of these diseases which can be mimicked by others disorders.
