In this Note, we give several equivalent definitions of differential chain algebra's minimality and we establish that such an algebra admits, up to "similarity", a unique minimal model. Then we prove that each 2-reduced CW-complex with a finite number of cells in each dimension has the homotopy type of a CW-complex which is equipped with a minimal Adams-Hilton model.
