SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of chemical-pharmaceutical industry and deals with method of obtaining highly-dispersive paracetamol by quick cooling of paracetamol solution in system acetone-water with water content 15-30% and paracetamol concentration 80-95% of equilibrium solubility in said mixture at specified temperature by its dispersion into reservoir with liquid nitrogen, either by cooling solution on cooled in liquid nitrogen copper plate with further removal of solvents by sublimation from obtained solid mixture by step-by-step increase of temperature from -196°C to -80°C until acetone is removed completely, then to -35°C in order to disintegrate paracetamol solvate, then to -7°C for disintegration of paracetamol trihydrate and complete removal of ice in vacuumed thermostated vessel at temperature <5·10‐2 mm Hg. EFFECT: invention provides simple and efficient method of obtaining highly-disperse paracetamol
