| Abstract: | 光合成生物のゲノム解析の進展と質量分析計の進歩により，微量の光合成タンパク質の解析が容易になった．本章では，二次元電気泳動法で分離したタンパク質を質量分析計で同定する方法について紹介する． | | Combination of genomic information of photosynthetic organisms and mass spectrometric analyses enables one to identify a large number of proteins and polypeptides separated by one-or two-dimentional SDS-PAGE. In this chapter, we introduce principles and methods of mass spectrometric analyses of proteins. |
