This study determines the process of "associational socialization" in nurturing and childcare. Mami Koide (1999) suggests "reciprocity" as "a system of supporting each other in raising children". As an extension of Koide's hypothesis, this study investigates the development of the system ofsupporting each other in raising children through a case study analysis of community drop-ins inchild care support services.Sakaki's hypothesis (2013) concluded that Koide's system would had a circular structure. Thisstudy evaluates the precondition of circular structure community drop-ins in child care supportservices. This study discusses the following:1) Within organizations, support systems for parentingand supporters should have circulated structures. 2) To present a new perspective on parentingsupport systems, staff at community drop-ins of child care support services should objectivizetheir self-generated practices. 3) The precondition for objectivizing self-generated practices is arelationship of trust between staff members, fostered by sharing the same problems and tasks.
