| Abstract: | 本稿は近年の東京都心の公園の再整備の特徴を2020年東京オリンピック・パラリンピックの開催との関係性に焦点を当て考察する。宮下公園，新宿中央公園と日比谷公園を取り上げ，オリンピック・パラリンピックを開催する都市の公共空間の変容の特徴と論理に迫ることを目的とする。
まず3つの公園の概要に触れたうえで，東京オリンピック・パラリンピックとの関連を記述していく。次に宮下公園，新宿中央公園と日比谷公園の再整備計画を考察することから，その特徴を整理する。最後に，3つの公園の再整備がはらむ問題点を示しながら，オリンピックのレガシーについて，公共空間の変容という観点から考えていく。 | | This paper examines the characteristics of the redevelopment of the park in the center of Tokyo, focusing on the relationship with the hosting of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics. Examples are Miyashita Park, Shinjuku Central Park and Hibiya Park.
In this article, I will first explain the outline of the three parks and their relations with the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics. Secondly, the characteristics of the redevelopment of Miyashita Park, Shinjuku Chuo Park and Hibiya Park are analyzed. Finally, this paper points out the problems of redevelopment of the three parks and the need for a critical analysis of the Olympic legacy. |
