| Abstract: | 2020年は新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）により，北海道大学歯学部6 年生（49期生）は3月から長期にわたり臨床実習の停止を余儀なくされ，一方では学生・教員ともに慣れない中，オンライン授業というこれまでに経験したことのない形態での講義が始まった．同年9 月より臨床実習が再開されたが，臨床実習は本来同 年9 月で終了するはずであったので，不足分を補うために班によっては同年11月まで延長することとなった．2021年1 月の歯科医師国家試験を無事受験することはできたが，6 年生がどのようにこの状況を捉えていたのか，また学生生活にどのような影響を及ぼしたのかについて，国家試験終了後にアンケート調査を行った．その結果，オンライン授業についてや，歯科研修医採用試験などの進路については「満足している」などの肯定的な意見が多かった半面，臨床実習についてはやや不満であり，診療参加型臨床実習後客観的臨床能力試験についてはやや否定的な意見が見受けられた． | | The influence of COVID-19 infection on the student life -questionaries to the 6th－grade students of the School of Dental Medicine of the Hokkaido University －Due to the COVID－19 infectious disease in 2020, the 6th－grade students of the School of Dental Medicine of the Hokkaido University were forced to cease their clinical training and classes for a long period since March 2020. Also, since both students and teaching staff were unaccustomed to online classes, the classes started under un-experienced situations. The clinical training in the hospital re-started in September 2020 and continued to November 2020 although the training should have finished by September. The students had taken the dentist national exam safely, and after the examination, we investigated the influence of the COVI－19－pandemic-induced online classes and student life by means of a questionnaire-based survey. The results of the survey on following teaching through the online classes revealed that though they reacted positively to the career decision of being residents, they were slightly dissatisfied and expressed some negative opinions toward the clinical training and to the Post－CC OSCE (post clinical clerkship objective structured clinical exam). |
