Resumen
Este trabajo se propone analizar el complejo
campo teórico constituido por las interacciones
que establecen las categorías “democracia”
y “protesta social”. En un marco signado
por profundas transformaciones en lo político,
económico, social y cultural, se analiza cómo
en la Argentina contemporánea, el gobierno
nacional y dos organizaciones piqueteras –la
Federación de Tierra y Vivienda y la Corriente
Clasista y Combativa– establecieron relaciones
diferenciales.
A partir de los elementos teóricos y empíricos
desarrollados se constata lo importante que
resulta rescatar un enfoque teórico que enfatice
la interacción entre lo político y lo social y, en
esta interacción, se intente recuperar el conjunto
de tradiciones de lucha política que identifican a
los grupos sociales que protagonizan la protesta.
Así, en la relación gobierno-protesta resulta decisivo
el estudio de las políticas públicas y, a su
vez, el de las concepciones y las prácticas políticas
de las que se nutren las organizaciones que
protestan.
This work proposes to analyze the complex theoretical field constituted by the interactions that establish the categories “democracy” and “social protest”. In a frame sealed by deep transformations in the political, economic, social and cultural thing, there is analyzed how in the contemporary Argentina, the national government and two “piqueteras” organizations –the Federation of Earth and Housing and the Class and Combative Current– established differential relations. From the theoretical and empirical developed elements there is stated the important thing that proves to rescue a theoretical approach that emphasizes the interaction between the political thing and the social thing and in this interaction, one tries to recover the set of traditions of political fight that they identify to the social groups that lead the protest, since the conceptions and the political practices of which these groups are nourished end up by being decisive in the explanation of the type of relation that they establish with the government.
