El presente artículo sistematiza reflexiones históricas orientadas al diseño de un audiovisual educativo destina-do a presentar y problematizar los aconteceres de América Latina durante el siglo xx. En tal sentido, propone un abordaje procesual, superador de las perspectivas atomizadas, de modo de tornarlo comprensible a espectadores de otras culturas de origen, sin reduccionismos simplistas
