FO.AR.
South-South Cooperation (SSC) is a fundamental part of the foreign policy of developing countries. It allows them not only to solve common problems but also create a cooperative awareness and increase bargaining power in the various multilateral forums. The CSS played a key role in the foreign policy of the government of Cristina Fernandez, who tried to pass the facts and overcome the unionist rhetoric. This was made explicit in the number of projects of South-South cooperation carried out by the FO.AR (Argentine Fund for South-South Cooperation and Triangular) during the period studied. In this context cooperation with Algeria it is analyzed through the study of three cooperation projects systemized by the FO.AR.
