Research Questions: Does Puerto Rico's unique political representation in the U.S. House stem from a partisan agenda in the U.S. Congress? Is there reason to believe that Puerto Rico's citizens would heavily lean to one party versus the other if Puerto Rico were made a state? How do Puerto Rican political parties compare/translate to U.S. political parties?
