ABSTRACT The main objective of this paper is to present through a case study a comprehensive methodology for evaluating the seismic resilience of health care facilities considering all the aspects that are usually considered individually, such as: ground motions selection for probabilistic seismic hazard analysis, structural and non-structural performance and organizational models for functionality evaluation. The different research groups of the project analyzed each aspect, with innovative and original implemented approaches. However, the main contribution of the study is the combination of all these aspects in a unique methodology that takes into account all the parameters necessary to evaluate the seismic resilience of health care facilities. In order to show the implementation of the proposed methodology, an Italian hospital located in Tuscany (Italy) is considered as a case study.
