| 内容記述 | This paper focuses on two educational programs for adults, one held in the U.S. and the other in Japan. People participating in the programs learn how to deal with their conscious will, in order to develop their well-formed unconscious conditions suitable for achievement of their goals embedded in their unconscious. The underlying theory derives from research findings on the automaticity of higher mental processes, such as motivation, goal-settings, social behavior, and so on. Educators and educational researchers are now expected to gather scientific rerearch findings in order to develop educational programs to help people understand and livehappier lives. | |||||
