Abstract
The Positive Space Working Group works to build knowledge and capacity for LGBT2SQIA+ inclusion at UBC Library. After delivering Positive Space training workshops to 41% of UBC-V Library employees, we conducted a follow-up survey at UBC-V Library. An analysis of the workshop evaluations, the follow-up survey responses, and the 15% exercises (completed by Lib Exec and LOT) form the basis of the recommendations in this report.
