| 抄録: | A 49-year-old women who presented with right upper abdominal mass and back pain had a nephroblastoma, Wilms' tumor, in the right kidney. After radical nephrectomy the patient was treated with chemotherapy in the form of actinomycin D and vincristine. Despite the intensive chemotherapy, the patient died of respiratory failure by multiple metastasis at chest wall and lung. The pathology and treatment of adult Wilms' tumor were discussed. |
