Putting the Flex in FlexibleDynacs Engineering Company, Inc. has commercialized a software product originally developed for the International Space Station. The image processing and 3-D graphics tool was first designed at Marshall Space Flight Center in 1985. The software was so successful it became an industry standard for simulation of flexible spacecraft. Dynacs was funded to further enhance the software and decided to acquire the copyright in 1994.
