An innovative project for learning disabled youth

This project is designed for the Los Angeles City Schools as a adjunct to its present programs for the Learning Disabled student who is unable to function in his present school setting. The program will provide a creative environment in which the Learning Disabled student can be effectively evaluated and trained in vocational skills and where the product of the student’s efforts are immediately realized. This program will then help him focus on the realities of the working world and give him practical and structured help so that he can prepare himself for future employment.
