Math worksheet and form generator for teaching 7th grade students

As a math teacher, I have spent plenty of time creating worksheets to aid students in practicing math skills. I have also used various web sites that generate drill practice problems to help students enhance their understanding. Although these websites are a great help on cases when you are looking for drill practice, teachers often have to create their own worksheets for specific word problems. My word problem worksheet generator will save teachers time by allowing the teacher to define a template word problem. The web application will then use this template to generate new variations of that problem. Teachers will have the option of selecting how to generate the worksheet: as a Google Document or Google Form. As a Google Document, the teacher can choose to print out the worksheet or share it with their students via Google Classroom. If the teacher selects to generate the worksheet as a Google Form, they can then use this form as an online survey to assign to the students electronically, without the need to make paper copies. During the web application development, I applied the software engineering concepts that I have learned in my Graduate courses at Sacramento State University. In this report, I will discuss the concepts that I have applied to the various part of the software development life cycle. Examples of concepts that I will be discussing are: agile development, automated testing, requirement gathering and prioritization, user experience, design specification and documentation using UML diagrams.
