Applications of AI In Hotel Management And Its Effect On Customer Ratings

Artificial Intelligence is the latest trend in technology that is being applied more and more into our daily lives. The hotel industry is also looking into ways to incorporate this technology in their business. So far, AI is being used in the form of in-person customer care, chatbot in the form of an online reservation system as well as front desk concierge robot, and data analysis running in the background. Each application of AI is different in how it is presented and how it will affect the end-user. By collecting customer reviews on targeted hotels, we can take a deep look into the business and customer rating impact of deploying different AI technology in hotels.
