Account management using Android and distributed systems

In today's era of technology, several means are available to connect to corporate and government data systems to view and submit account information. Mobile access is the latest method for people to manage their accounts; however, this has limited availability. The objective of this project was to develop a mobile application that replicates a web application for account management by using android and sharable n-tier service oriented distributed systems. By using Eclipse and Java, Android API's, web services, SOAP, and XML I developed an application that communicates with distributed systems. It allows users to login to their account, make payments, set up pay plans, view order and payment histories and other account information. This application will provide users with a faster and easier way to access their account information on their mobile devices.
