The development of the Hereford Cattle industry in the United States
Abstract
Having come to know the Hereford in a very practical way while at home on my Father's ranch in southern Wyoming, I have always since been anxious to study more of the history of this wonderful breed which during the past thirty years has largely replaced most other breeds on the western ranches. With this end in mind I write the following brief pages.--Introduction.
