The Rhee Syng Man political power of South Korea emphasized the independent spirit of the 3·1 Independence Movement. And North Korea emphasized the spirit of anti-Japanese armament fight of Kim Il-Song. The legitimacy competition of South Korea and North Korea was actualized after 6.25 of 1950s. South Korea made The Chosun history of brilliantly glorious history and anti-Japan with cultural symbol. North Korea recognized only the history of anti-Japanese armament fight of Kim Il-Song with traditional characteristic and made with various cultural symbols. 1980s middle after, South Korea and North Korea changed a national legitimacy with democratization respect a succession setup notification.
