Abstract

This research investigated reading campaign from 1945 to 1960. First, studied reading campaign that consisted laying stress on the library since release. And observed about farm village reading campaign discussion.

The library spread reading campaign laying stress on city mainly, specially, inclined force in reading incentive through various event between reading week every year. But, do not correspond in increased reader figure and the library and lack phenomenon of a book were problem always and 'Library legislation chisel', 'School library law' etc. was proposed by solution. Also, voice that urge farm village reading exercise was high-pitched.

Second, investigated about readers' interest of that timLibrary statistical data is presented often to reading connection footpath. Could observe general library reader number of that time, readers' interest etc. through this.
