This study contributes to the ongoing discussion on quality educator-child relationships and wellbeing of children birth to three years old in early childhood settings. Overall, educator-child relationships were found to be satisfactory, and children's levels of wellbeing were found to be high. Findings revealed that there are a myriad of factors that influence educator-child relationships. Implications for policy, practice and future research are presented at the conclusion of this thesis.
