This study investigated the molecular mechanisms that could predict the efficacy of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) targeted therapy in Indian colorectal cancer (CRC) patients. KRAS, BRAF, NRAS and PIK3CA mutations was studied in 203 Indian CRC patients and mutation analyses of the biomarkers were correlated with clinicopathological findings.
