Short-term and long-term aircraft noise indicators
Abstract
Rozwój cywilizacyjny niesie za sobą wzrost
poziomu hałasu w otoczeniu. Wprowadzanych jest
wiele regulacji dotyczących problemu hałasu.
Jedną z nich jest dyrektywa Unii Europejskiej
2002/49/WE. Wymaga ona aby także dla hałasu
lotniczego, wyznaczać wskaźniki średnioroczne
LDWN oraz LN w postaci mapy akustycznej. Mapy
akustyczne oraz inne dokumenty tworzy się w
oparciu o modele komputerowe.
W przypadku hałasu lotniczego służy do tego
model ECAC.CEAC Doc. 29. zaimplementowany w
programie INM. Pozwala on zgodnie z definicją
określić średnioroczne wskaźniki LDWN oraz LN.
Często określone w ten sposób wskaźniki
wymagają weryfikacji. Pomiarowe sprawdzenie
tych wartości jest możliwe, jednakże czasochłonne
ze względu na to, że pomiary należałoby
wykonywać przez cały rok. W niniejszej pracy
przedstawiono metodykę, bazującą na pomiarach
krótkotrwałych wartości LAE, która pozwala znacząco skrócić czas wykonywania tych
pomiarów. W pracy założono, że różnica pomiędzy
wartością estymowaną a prawdziwą średnioroczną
nie powinna przekraczać ± 1.5 dB. W tym celu
przeprowadzono szeroką analizę statystyczną
danych obejmującą wyniki pomiarów całorocznych
dokonanych na jednym z polskich lotnisk. W pracy
wykazano, że przy odpowiednim grupowaniu
statków powietrznych oraz wykonywaniu pomiarów
w określonych interwałach czasowych, uzyskanie
zakładanego rozrzutu jest możliwe. Już 100
wartości ekspozycyjnego poziomu hałasu LAE
zarejestrowanych w kilku sesjach pomiarowych
przeprowadzonych w odstępie 30 dni od siebie
pozwala określić wartość średnioroczną nie
przekraczając zakładanej różnicy± 1.5 dB.
Prawidłowość ta dotyczy różnych lokalizacji
punktów pomiarowych i jest powtarzalna.
Dodatkowo w pracy przedstawiono metodykę
obliczania niepewności uwzględniającą
kategoryzację wydarzeń akustycznych bazującą na
wytycznych podanych w GUM.
The development of civilization is a cause of increasing noise level in environment. There are many legislations about noise pollution. One of them is the European Union Directive 2002/49/EC. It requires preparing noise maps based on yearly average long-term indicators LDEN and LN also for aircraft noise. Acoustic maps and others documents are created in software which use a mathematical model. For aircraft noise ECAC.CEAC Doc . 29 model is used and it is implemented in INM software. In this software it is possible to calculate LDEN and LN according to the definition. Usually, however, this calculation needs measurements verification. This verification is possible by measuring noise level during whole year, nevertheless this kind of long-lasting measurements is still too long and expensive. In this thesis shorter method which bases on shortterm indicators was introduced. The study assumed that the difference between the estimated value and the true annual average should not differ by more than ± 1.5 dB. The wide statistical analysis of one-year measurement results from one of Polish airport was performed. The study revealed that it is possible to achieve the assumed scattering of results when the short-term results are grouped according to different aircraft and the measurement are proceeded a certain time intervals. Just 100 of sound exposure noise level recorded in several sessions carried out at an interval of 30 days from each other allows to predict the value of the annual average that does not exceed the assumed difference from real value. It must be stressed that this solution can be applied to different locations of measuring points and is reproducible. Furthermore, the methodology of the uncertainty calculation is presented here. Finally, this method include categorization of acoustic events and it is consistent with guidelines given in the GUM.
