In present work was studied the tribological behaviour of polyamide 66 (PA66), polyamide 66 filled with molybdenum disulfide (PA66+MoS2) and polyamide with 30% of glass fibre reinforcement (PA66GF30) The experiments were carried out on a pin-on-disc machine; the material of disc was a steel CK45. The evaluation of the tribological behaviour of those materials was structured into four distinct phases. In the first phase, was made a comparative study on the friction and wear of the PA66, PA66+MoS2 and PA66GF30, was followed by a second phase, where was studied the influence of contact pressure in the tribological behaviour. In a third phase, was studied the influence of sliding velocity in the tribological behaviour of PA66+MoS2 and PA66GF30. The last phase includes a study with PA66+MoS2 and PA66GF30 in aqueous environment. The tests performed allowed to conclude that the material with the lower coefficient of friction and higher wear resistance was PA66GF30. |
