Resumen/Abstract
IEC 61000-4-30 has recently defined a method for
detection and analysis of rapid voltage changes in power system
networks. This paper presents some of the results obtained in the
application of the IEC standard method in different low-voltage
and medium-voltage power system networks with different load
types and some of the limitations found in the standard method
for the correct detection and characterization of these voltage
events.
