Patrimonio documental de Cantabria: documentos del reinado de Sancho IV

Abstract

El patrimonio documental es especialmente relevante para reconstruir la Historia. En el caso de Sancho IV (1284-1295) y Cantabria, no existe ninguna obra que trate sobre la relación entre ambos. En este breve estudio se reunirán los documentos emitidos por el monarca castellano y que están relacionados con este territorio y se tratará de defender la necesidad de trabajar más con la documentación con el objetivo de conocer una mayor información sobre temas que han sido trabajados de manera sucinta o que ni siquiera han sido estudiados.

Documentary Heritage is especially relevant for the reconstruction of His-tory. Regarding Sancho IV (1284-1295) and Cantabria, there is no work that deals with the relationship between the two of them. This brief study will gather the documents issued by the Castilian monarch which are related to the Cantabrian territory. From them, we will try to defend the need study further the documentation in order to know more información on some topics that have been worked succinctly or have not even been studied.
