Konference si klade za cíl prozkoumat z etnologické perspektivy procesy, kterými tradice procházejí, a zaměřit se na jejich reflexi v současné společnosti, a to jak v teoretické rovině vědecké a badatelské, tak z pohledu nositelů současných tradic i společnosti jako celku.

The conference aims to explore from an ethnological perspective the processes that traditions undergo and to focus on their reflection in contemporary society, both in theoretical scientific and research terms and from the perspective of the bearers of contemporary traditions and society as a whole.
