Title
Oxboro Library: the public library in an increasingly digital society
Abstract
A design for a new Oxboro Library in Bloomington, MN, where architecture was used to create a physical place that houses the current social and intellectual demands of its users with memorable spaces flexible enough to respond to our ever changing, and increasingly digital, society. The design was driven by issues related to information storage, access to digital media, increased social functions, programmatic flexibility, and the creation of memorable spaces.
