Bu bildiride, Endüstri 4.0 kavramı tanımlanmış ve bu kavramın günümüz üretim anlayışına olan etkisi anlatılmıştır. Bunlara ek olarak, dijital dönüşümün Endüstri 4.0 içerisindeki yeri ile gerekliliği üzerine ülkemizde ve dünyada yapılmış olan çalışmalar aktarılmıştır. Ayrıca savunma sanayinde Endüstri 4.0’ın önemi ve dijital dönüşümün savunma sanayiine uygulanmasına yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
