Kula alkaline volcanics, western Anatolia, occur in an E-W trending graben system that was resulted from the Aegean extensional regime. Kula alkali lavas are distinguished in three different sequences, namely Burgaz, Elekçitepe and Divlittepe. The Kula basalts with SiO2 <50% belong to silica undersaturated alkaline suite. Burgaz and Elekçitepe samples are basanite and tephrite in composition while the Divlittepe volcanics are phonotephrite. In MORB and PM (primitive mantle) normalized diagrams, Kula lavas w...
Major and rare earth element contents in sedimentary rocks of the Haymana formation, Ankara, Turkey
KOÇ, ŞÜKRÜ; SARI, ALİ; Cimen, Okay (2016-01-01)
The study area is located 4 km east of Haymana, Ankara, Turkey. Major and rare earth element (REE) contents in samples collected from siltstone, carbonaceous claystone, and marl of the Haymana formation in the studied region and their distribution with respect to lithology and correlation relations yield important data on the evaluation of forming conditions of basin. Regarding the abundance of elements in various lithologies, the first and second group elements (SiO2, Al2O3, Na2O, TiO2, P2O5 and Fe2O3, K2O...

Aim To evaluate the clinical factors associated with false-negative RT-PCR results and to report the outcome of a cohort of pregnant women with COVID-19. Methods This cohort study was conducted in a tertiary referral pandemic hospital and included 56 pregnant women. A study including pregnant women with either a laboratory or clinical diagnosis for COVID-19 were included in the study. The primary outcome was clinical factors associated with false-negative RT-PCR results defined as a positive immunoglobulin ...
