Do trauma ao fenômeno psicossomático (FPS): lidar com o sem sentido?

Abstract

The author, starting from questions stimulated in the clinic, proposed, after a slight revision of the literature on the subject, to articulate the concepts of trauma and psychosomatic phenomenon. With this proposal, the distinction between the psychosomatic phenomenon and the symptom was made, or the distinction between meaningless of the holophrasis sign and the meaning of the metaphor. The trajectory made in accordance with Lacan´s theory, showed the point of view of the significant and the enjoyment - in the first onde, the concept of holophrasis was boarded and, in the sequence, the concepts of alienation and separation. This happened because she departed from the proposal of a local occurence of a Fixierung, of a point of petrification in the chain of significant that, when activated by a significant, can result in a organic injury. According to some authors, that would indicate that the metaphor wold function, in the psychosomatic phenomenon, only in some "small parts of the speech", because, in this case, we are not necessarily treating of psychosis, since the organic injury can occur in any psychic structure. Unitarian trace, signature, proper name, hieroglyph/cartridge or Name-of-the-father - they are different ways to report to that, which escapes to the significant structure. In the point of view of the enjoyment, one will see that in the psychosomatic phenomenon it has a "return of the enjoyment" in the body in a different way of that of psychosis, because here, the enjoyment is circumscribed only in some regions of the body. At last the author articulated a hypothesis of the organic injury to be a patch in the role of the fantasy or the delirium caused by the trauma, front to another contingent meeting with the Real, menace to disrupt.
