Summary:
A photocopy of a flier advertising a concert featuring the hardcore punk bands Black Flag and State of Alert (S.O.A.). The concert occurred at the Starlight Ballroom in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on July 10, 1981. This concert was the final performance by S.O.A. Singer Henry Garfield soon changed his last name to Rollins and joined Black Flag. Other members of S.O.A. went on to the bands The Faith and Iron Cross. Sharon Cheslow photocopied the original flier for the concert while conducting research in the 1980s for the book that she co-authored on the D.C. punk scene, "Banned In D.C."
