A color image of the interior of Christ Church in Alexandria, Virginia, circa 1907-1914. Caption reads: "Washington's pew and that of Col. Robert E. Lee remain unchanged. The chancel rail, the mural tablets of the Apostles' Creed and the Lord's Prayer, the communion table, reading desk and chairs, and the crystal chandelier of brass with its 12 candlesticks, were all used during Washington's time. The record of his purchase of his pew, the day the Church was finished, and the long handled purses used for the collections may be see in the vestry room." Postcard numbers: 31 and R-22582.
