Abstract: Condiciones de una clase media pujante contrastan con sectores aledaños de comercio; pobreza y precariedad muestran que la esencia de la informalidad urbana de las ciudades actuales se encuentra en la degradación física, social y económica de una población que se agrupa en un mismo espacio. El interés en el deporte se ha visto aumentado en los últimos años; la promoción de estilos de vida saludables ha contribuido en gran manera en el incremento del interés de la población por mejorar la calidad de vida, tanto a nivel físico como mental; es por esto que surge la necesidad de desarrollar un espacio que satisfaga las necesidades de la comunidad, brindando un espacio capacitado para la práctica deportiva y la recreación, donde se alimenten los vínculos sociales y se fomente el sentido de pertenencia. El Parque Centenario, ubicado en Guadalupe, Goicoechea, tiene todo el potencial para desarrollar un complejo deportivo que sea accesible a la comunidad. El propósito de este proyecto es la creación de un complejo deportivo capacitado para la práctica de diferentes disciplinas deportivas, tales como basquetbol, futbol playa, pista de atletismo, entre otras, y en la parte recreativa con un skatepark, juegos infantiles, es un punto de convergencia de distintos espacios y actividades para el beneficio de todos. Se plantea un proyecto que no solamente beneficie la salud de la población, sino también la economía del lugar.
Description: Abstract: Conditions of a thriving middle-class contrast with neighboring sectors of commerce; poverty and precariousness show that the essence of urban informality in today's cities is found in the physical, social and economic degradation of a population that is grouped in the same space. Interest in sport has increased in recent years; the promotion of healthy lifestyles has contributed greatly to increasing the interest of the population to improve the quality of life, both physically and mentally; it is for this arises from the need to develop a space that meets the needs of the community by providing a space capable of practicing sports and recreation where social ties are nurtured and a sense of belonging is fostered. The Centennial Park located in Guadalupe, Goicoechea, has all the potential to develop a sports complex that is accessible to the community. The purpose of this project is the creation of a sports complex capable of practicing different sports such as basketball, soccer beach, athletics track, among others and in the recreational part with a skatepark, children's games, it is a point of convergence of different spaces and activities for the benefit of all. A project is proposed that not only benefits the health of the population, but also the economy of the place.
