Özet
“Ben” ve “insan” kavramları, tarihsel sürece bakıldığında hep aynı şekilde dile
getirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, “ben” ve “insan” kavramları tarihsel sürecin ışığında farklı bir
bakış açısıyla ele alınmış ve böylece “başka” ile karşılaşma durumu, yitirimi olan kişiler
bakımından incelenmiştir.
“Başka – ben” sorunundan hareketle, “tipik” kabul edilen “ben”lerin, bedensel ya da
zihinsel olarak “başka” olan kişiler için bugüne kadar türettiği ve incitici anlam taşıyan
sözcükler ve kavramlar bulunmaktadır. Tezde, bu kavramlar güdümünde oluşturulan tüm
sosyal politikalar, “yitirim” kavramı ışığında sorgulanmıştır.
Yitirimi olan kişiler, ErnstCassirer, Edgar Morin ve Sigmund Freud’un “insan
doğası”yla ilgili belirlemeleriyle, EdmundHusserl, Paul Ricoeur ve Nermi Uygur’un “başka”
ile ilgili değerlendirmelerinden hareketle sorgulanmıştır. Yitirimi olan kişilere yönelik haklar,
İoannaKuçuradi ve Betül Çotuksöken’in insan hakları üzerine yaptıkları çalışmalarla ele
alınmıştır.
Yitirimi olan kişilerle ilgili sosyal politikalar, felsefi antropoloji bağlamında
eleştirilmiş ve çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur.
According to historical process, the conceptions of “I” and the “humanbeing” have been mentioned using the same forms. In this study, “I” and the “humanbeing” are discussed with a different perspective in the light of the historical process and thus, encountering with “the other” is examined for the purpose of understanding the people with degradation. There are many injurious words and concepts about “the other one”, which carrys pecific physical and mental characteristics. These words were derived from “I”s, who are accepted as “typical”. In this dissertation, the social policies, which are created under the guidance of this notion, are questioned in the light of “the degradation” as a concept. The dissertation furthermore questions the people with degradation by Ernst Cassirer’s, Edgar Morin’s and Sigmund Freud’s determinations on “human nature”. This topic is also examined, taking into consideration the appraisals of Edmund Husserl, Paul Ricoeur and Nermi Uygur on “the other”. Rights of the people with degradation are further discussed taking cognizance of IoannaKuçuradi’s and Betül Çotuksöken’s human rights studies. The social policies, which are created for the people with degradation are criticized in the context of philosophical anthropology and solutions are presented.
