Resumen
Este trabajo investigativo ofrece una revisión en torno a los paisajes de seguridad en la transición de guerra a paz: una mirada desde el conflicto armado en hombres y mujeres a luz del conflicto armado que se ha llevado en las últimas décadas en el territorio colombiano. La intención es caracterizar y tipificar el fenómeno del conflicto y sus actores especialmente en las victimas que han sufrido el flagelo de este conflicto en su territorio. La presente investigación se ubica en el paradigma cualitativo y documental pues tiene como objetivo el análisis de la hermenéutica como una actividad interpretativa para abordar el texto oral o escrito y captar con precisión y plenitud su sentido y las posibilidades del devenir existencial del hombre. Para la realización del presente trabajo, se toma como referente a la comunidad del Barrio Las Delicias de la comuna nueve (9) de la ciudad de Cúcuta en donde muchas de las personas que residen en este lugar vienen de distintos lugares en donde se lleva a cabo el conflicto armado y han sido desplazadas a causa de la guerra y han optado por llegar a la ciudad de Cúcuta y se han ubicado en un asentamiento humano en donde han construido sus ranchos para poder refugiarse con sus familia. El trabajo de investigación a realizar en el Barrio las delicias de la comuna nueve se realizará desde un enfoque cualitativo mediante la entrevista semi-estructurada y una metodología documental hallazgos o hechos similares de diversos autores que narran historias semejantes a las sufridas por estas personas víctimas del conflicto armado colombiano, así mismo se tuvo en cuenta para el análisis de la información las técnicas del subrayado y la triangulación. En cuando a los componentes que se tienen en cuenta en el siguiente trabajo se priorizaron el contexto victimizantes, Las dinámicas económicas y la integración territorial.
This investigative work offers a review of the security landscapes in the transition from war to peace: a view from the armed conflict in men and women in light of the armed conflict that has taken place in the last decades in Colombian territory. The intention is to characterize and typify the phenomenon of the conflict and its actors, especially in the victims who have suffered the scourge of this conflict in their territory. The present research is located in the qualitative and documentary paradigm as its objective is the analysis of hermeneutics as an interpretive activity to address the oral or written text and capture with precision and fullness its meaning and the possibilities of man's existential evolution. For the realization of this work, the community of Barrio Las Delicias in commune nine (9) of the city of Cúcuta is taken as a reference, where many of the people who reside in this place come from different places where it takes The armed conflict has been carried out and they have been displaced due to the war and have chosen to arrive in the city of Cúcuta and have located in a human settlement where they have built their ranches to be able to take refuge with their families. The research work to be carried out in the Barrio las delicias de la comuna 9 will be carried out from a qualitative approach through a semi-structured interview and a documentary methodology, findings or similar events by various authors who tell stories similar to those suffered by these victims of the Colombian armed conflict, likewise, the underlining and triangulation techniques were taken into account for the analysis of the information. Regarding the components that are taken into account in the following work, the victimizing context, economic dynamics and territorial integration were prioritized.
