Clinical certainty in the choice of a verbal intervention for clinical psychologist in training of systemic psychotherapy in clinical interview situation
[en] We proposes a description and a theorization of the clinician's feeling of clinical certainty in the choice of a verbal intervention, in particular for clinicians in a systemic psychotherapy training. A phenomenological combined method by video feedback and elicitation interview allows to focus on clinician's experience. Our results put forward therapeutics actions, specific aims, decision background, therapeutic wishes and clinician's attitudes which contribute to the clinical certainty. Also, we shined a light on the major impact of resonance and auto-reference concepts on the construction of the feeling of clinical certainty.
