This project-thesis in collaboration with Intermarché studies the issue of their online shopping channel, the Drive Intermarché. The turnover and the number of orders placed being too low compared to the expected results, Intermarché then asks the question of "Why is the Drive not as successful as expected ?". Following a first exploratory part divided into a literature review, a qualitative survey and an analysis of the Drive data, we were able to determine that the problem is made up of two sub-problems : the presence of a large proportion of non-loyal users and the weak number of users since the beginning of the Drive Intermarché. About the non-loyalty part, we were able to conclude from the analysis of the Drive databases that it is explained mainly by the rupture rate, the time spent to travel the distance between the consumer's home and the physical store, and the issues of the Drive website. In order to understand the different levers and brakes of the Drive's intention of use, we were inspired by the concepts of the TAM model and the perceived value to create a conceptual model composed of different hypothesis that we tested by a quantitative survey. In addition to having proved the existence of a significant proportion of Intermarché's customers with a positive score for the Drive's intention of use, we were able to validate that it is explained by the attitude and the perceived value. There is also a relationship between these two last variables moderated by consumer needs which are the need for human contacts, the need for choice control and the need for spending control. The perceived value, composed of perceived utilitarian value and perceived hedonic value in the context of online food shopping, is itself explained by the perceived benefits and sacrifices of the Drive which are the perceived convenience, the perceived playfulness and the perceived ease of use. Finally, among our sociodemographic and psychological variables, only age and gender were retained as variables significantly affecting certain benefits, sacrifices and needs.
