Abstract	本総説では, マツタケについて宿主を用いないで菌床栽培するための要点について論説した。始発培地水分は低い方が好ましいこと, 培地栄養分をできるだけ低くすること, 相対湿度が重要な要因となることの3点を論考した。 We reviewed the important factors for cultivation of Tricholoma matsutake without host Pinus de...nsiflora on an artificial substrate. Moisture contents proper for low levels, medium nutrients demand minimum degree and relative humidity are most important.show more
