The Debrecen Gladiators American Football Club was founded in 2004 as one of the first clubs in Hungary. During its existence, the club has achieved several good results in the Hungarian Football League (HFL). Although it’s early good successes the team’s performance has fallen back. As I am playing in Debrecen Gladiators I know it is due to financial and organizational issues. The Club needs a good manager with good sports economics and financial skills. It needs a constant roster as well, because the players are moving in and out continuously, making it hard to become a true team.
