The aim of this thesis was to analyse usefulness of right heart catheterisation in heart failure patients. The data was collected from five subjects for the purpose of this thesis. The results showed a significant improvement in the hemodynamic status of patients after using right heart catheterisation guided vasodilation therapy thus showing that Swan Ganz is an important tool.
