The aims of the thesis is to give a scope of the legal measures adopted under the harmonization competences of the European Union, and to highlight some (basic) issues and concerns (without covering all related matters) that may have had or may have a considerable influence on the whole harmonization process itself,and, also, to examine the current related issues of company law in Hungary.
