A continuación

The aim of the paper is to approximate the Krätzel function Z(x, v, ρ) by
series expansions in terms of elementary functions, either asymptotic expansions or
convergent expansions. For this purpose, classical methods such as Watson’s Lemma
and modern methods such as the Modified Laplace method or the analytic continuation method will be used, sometimes achieving a series representation of the
function in a region of its domain. First the function and some of its applications
will be presented. Subsequently, related analytical tools that will be used for the se ries and the methods already mentioned will be presented. Once the tools have been
detailed, the study of the behavior of the function when its first variable x is large
will be carried out, followed by the case in which x is small, distinguishing cases
according to the behavior of its other variables. Next, we will study the behavior
of the function when its second variable v is large and positive, followed by when
it is large and negative, having to modify the mentioned methods in order to apply
them. Finally, the case in which the first and second variables have the same order
is studied. [--]
